I ordered a plaited leather wrist strap for my walking stick, but received a cheap cord version instead. I decided to keep it, to avoid the hassle and expense of returning it, but shall not be ordering from this company again.

Answer to a big problem
My husband fell and broke his precious 50 year old blackthorn which he had since serving with an Irish Regiment. He was devastated. So as it is his birthday today, I decided to buy him a new blackthorn with which he is absolutely delighted. He is a very happy man!

Great walking stick - stylish and practical.
It's nice to find a walking stick that does the job it's supposed to but which also looks good, more like a stylish accessory than a disability aid. It's very light and the handle is very comfortable to hold, and hooks conveniently over things when needed. The rubber ferrule is a bit small, but I ordered a spare one which is bigger. Very happy with it! It was promptly delivered by courier with no problems.

Not Three Bad!
Easy ordering process, once discounts checked and free delivery agreed, excellent value.
Sticks delivered quicker than expected and carefully packed.
Only niggle is the delicate finish of the product "Mahogany Crutch Handled Walking stick" which marks easily when dropped - perhaps this is because the very fine finish was new & perhaps not fully cured - otherwise excellent

Walking stick's for the novice collector
The stick's I have purchased to add to my collection have now got me hooked on collecting, I am very pleased with my purchases both in style and price.

I have used this site now for four sticks for the family and every time they have supplied what we ordered with 36 hours. The one time we had a problem, a stick had a scratch they reimbursed and replaced at once. We would totally recommend them if you need a walking stick or other walking aid.

just what i was looking for
i am short of stature and this is the first time i have found a stick of the right height. i also wanted a pretty stick for my daughter's wedding and the one i chose was perfect. also it is sturdy and i feel confident using it. orderind was easy and delivery quick. altogether an excellent shopping experience.

Fit for purpose, but........
Great walking aid, took a couple of minutes to work out how to assemble and adjust height - a handy hint leaflet would be helpful. The replacement ferrule is not the same as the one fitted to the stick, it is "clumpy" and not as stylish. Plus still can not work out how to remove the fitted ferrule when it does need replacing - again a handy hint leaflet would be helpful.

I had to reduce the length of my thumb stick. I needed a new ferrule. I searched the web. Walkingsticksonline was the most user-friendly site I found. It had a comprehensive range of walking sticks and associated items. It was easy to order a ferrule, and it arrived by post within two days. All-in-all and excellent service!

Prompt attention and very helpful.
Had a problem with delivery which wasn't the fault of the Walkingsticks. They were very good at sorting it out and I received another stick very quickly. My only disappointment is that after only light use the stitching has come apart and the seat stick is not useable, not quite what I expected for nearly £50.
