I bought a watch in January from this mob, a Tissot for £280.
Initially the metal bracelet kept leaving black marks on my wrist but I guessed this was just because it hadn't been cleaned properly.
However, after 2 months the face got all misted over, even although it had never been exposed to water (was supposed to be water resistant to 50m). I returned the watch under warranty after they promised a full refund. They then kept sending conflicting emails and saying on the phone that the refund had been sent via PayPal - nonsense. They backtracked on the refund and said they had repaired the watch and - get this - their warranty "does not cover problems with the crown" and this repair was a "goodwill gesture". So I agreed to take it back. When it arrived the crown simply did not work. Watch was useless.
I complained again and they eventually (it's now 5 months since I bought the watch) agreed to refund me if I returned it once more.
Each time it's cost me £10 for delivery but I went ahead and sent it back again.
Refund of purchase price received but nothing for the postage. Just glad to be shot of them.
I searched for a watch for my son's 18th birthday found the model ( Armani Mens Classic Watch) I thought he would like, way cheaper than anywhere else . It was delivered within 2 days, very well packaged. He absolutely loves it ...apparently "it's sick." ........teen speak for awesome!"
I was particularly happy for the speed of delivery and careful packaging, and didn't have to worry about , missing his birthday, or returning it. I was able to present it to him on his birthday, it made the day more special as he had to have surgery on his birthday, so it was nice for him to have something special following that. Thank you. I had ordered the Tissot Lelocle watch a week ago and I received it today within the promised time span ,i.e., 3 to 5 working days.The item was well-packaged and came with the two-year international warranty documents.The watch is beautiful, as described, and so happy with my purchase.
I ordered a Tissot watch. Advertised as in stock. Received an email moments later saying out of stock and 12-15 day delivery. Called a couple of days before this for update as had received no info on my order and was told there was a stock problem and I would need to wait a further week. I said this was fine but to keep me informed as if it was a week later i may need to arrange someone to be at home for my delivery. Got an e-mail next day contradicting what I was told and telling me watch was in there despatch warehouse and would be with me next day. Called next day for tracking no. Guess what not despatched yet, apparently waiting for my go ahead to despatch. So I told them to send it, again no tracking no but arrive home to find my watch. Great! (No). They sent the right watch only with a very cheap rubber strap instead of the leather one advertised. They don't take phone calls after 4pm but claim to respond to e-mails up until 6pm. Anyway I travel on Monday for work and have no info how to return this or any idea if I will get the watch I ordered If I do no doubt ill have to wait at least another 15 days... Don't buy from these people this is my worst online shopping experience ever....
I had never heard of Watch Giant until I was looking for a watch for my son's 16th birthday. I found the watch I'd been looking at on other sites for much cheaper - almost too good to be true - so I used my credit card in case it was!!
The watch arrived 2 days later as promised and is just what I was looking for. I highly recommend Watch Giant - superb - they will be my first point of call for future watch shopping
Ordered two ladies Burberry watches costing £660 and received an email the next day informing me that neither watch was in stock and there could be a delay of between 3 - 15 days. They had already taken the payment and as I couldn't wait for delivery, decided to cancel the order. Spent 30 minutes trying to get through and was then informed that I would have to wait until the next day for the refund. I agree that the prices are very competitive but their practise of taking your payment before they know whether they have stock is unacceptable.
Staff are pleasant enough but I certainly won't use this company again.
I ordered a watch and it wasn't till after I had paid for it I received an e mail stating the watch wasn't in stock, I was prepared to wait a few weeks until the said watch came back into stock but it never did. Yes I was disappointed but this company kept me up to date with my order and emails were always answered without having to wait for days before I got a reply . I telephoned the Watch Giant and said I would just like a refund, my money was refunded the same day I asked for it and the lady was extremely helpful on the phone . It certainly hasn't put me off buying from this company again, in fact I wish there was more companies like them. They have restored my faith in buying off the internet! The one thing that lets them down is the fact that their web site is showing they have the stock when they haven't I would suggest phoning them before you place an order online just to make sure they have your watch in stock... I ordered my watch at the beginning of November, it arrived two weeks later but wasnt the one I wanted, I had ordered the TW Steel Canteen TW4, what was delivered was the newer version, the TW4R, to the untrained eye it looked the same watch but there were slight differences and I really wanted the TW4, I contacted the Wtahcgiant and they offered me either a full refund or the offer that I return they watch and they would get me the one I wanted and they would pay the postage. I went for the later option, my watch finally arrived in the second week in January, yes it took almost two months but I got the exact watch I wanted and Ryan at the Watchgiant couldnt have been more helpful, he kept in constant communication with me throughout, the reason for the delay was that his suppliers kept sending the TW4R, once my watch arrived he was straight on the phone to let me know it would be on my wrist by 1pm the following day and to pass on his personal apologies for the delay, he also gave me 10% off for the delay which was a lovely gesture.

Watch arrived,with all the designer information,But I had no basic information to allow me to adjust the strap and also had difficuly trying to set the time,as the crown was tight,will have to visit a local jewller,which is a shame.
Derlighted with the service,but am disappointed with the actual watch,the watch is suberb,but as I have stated above will have to get these minor problems sorted elsewhere,which precludes me waering the watch..... drat
ordered my watch mid November, the site said in stock and delivery time was 3-10 working days. Only after the order had been placed and the money taken out of my bank did i then get an email saying the watch was out of stock. then after countless emails i sent to them asking when the expected delivery date was, they finally replied saying it should be here by the 10th of January and no later! its not the 14th and i have been waiting more than 5 weeks for this watch! with no reply to any of my resent emails. i would never use this store again or recommend to ANYONE, your better to just go the the Watch hut or the Watch Shop.
Received my Tissot watch within 48 hours - I really can't understand why the odd person is saying they have received a fake watch. My watch is definitely genuine, I own two other Tissot watches and would know if this one was not authentic. It's a great watch and comes with all the correct and complete packaging including a stamped warranty card and paperwork. The Watch Giant are a perfectly decent, professional and reputable company in my opinion. Thank you, I shall be happy to order again.

Found the 'Red Arrows' watch my son wanted, at the best price by far than other internet watch companies.
Despite ordering in November they could not deliver for Christmas, so I cancelled and received a full refund.
They had numerous disclaimers on delivery times, so I can't fault them for that, but it should have been plain from the outset that they had no stock of the watch and no prospect of a pre-christmas delivery
Having decided on a Tissot for my wife it was ordered in the morning and arrived 9.30 am next day! Free delivery and a better price than some others!
It's a lovely watch, only that Tissot included the wrong instruction manual in the box (second time Tissot have done this - and yes you do need a manual).
Would be very happy to order from Thewatchgiant again.
I don't know what was the problem, but sadly I could not get my order from Thewatchgiant. They just never could deliver it. I ordered a watch that was not marked to be "in stock" but after i had waited for a month with no delivery, I canceled my order. I had brief e-mail conversation with the staff, at frst they offered 10% off the price if i waited some more, I did, but for some reason, when I asked again what was the status of my order, they had not sent it out yet. I got confirmation of refund by e-mail and 2 days later the money I had paid was indeed refunded. So I guess you can trust the site - sales people give feedback and if you are unfortunate not to get the watch you ordered, you can at least get your money back.
Watch was ordered that I wanted, but didn't have it in stock. Within the week the watch was in and delivered. Excellent service would use again.
Ordered a Christmas present for my boyfriend, was a bit nervous about whether to use this website but I had no issues at all. Speedy delivery and an excellent genuine gift and half the price to most other websites. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
I was a little apprehensive purchasing such an expensive watch on line through a company I knew little about. However, I needn't have been. The watch (which was shown as being in stock on the website) was delivered to me the following day. the watch is an original Armani (I have no reason to doubt it's authenticity whatsoever, it is identical in everyway to the same one in the jewellers) in original presentation box . One completely satisfied customer!
Called mid afternoon re citizen Red Arrows Skyhawk A-T shown as in stock. Apparently, received that day for cancelled order. After discussing some aspects and being reassured watch was brand new, and that it would be put on one side for 48 hours while I made my mind up, decided immediately, and ordered via website. Was promised delivery by Royal Mail following day even though order placed approx 3 pm, and it arrived 9 am following day.Beautiful watch, perfect condition, 25% below MRSP.What else can I say?
Ordered a Tissot watch for my wife 7pm Wednesday and received 12pm Friday by Special Delivery.
Was initially worried because this is not a long established company but price was so good had to take try. Need not have been concerned as immediate communication /updates and speed of light delivery of a quality product.
bought a men's Armani watch from here last year. the watch arrived quickly which was good. however my partner knocked the watch while at work and it shattered. so i phoned the company and arranged to send it back. the manager could not have been more helpful and courteous. i sent the watch back payed for it and recieved it the next working day as he said i would. would definitely shop here again.
Bought an automatic Armani watch, which arrived next day as promised. But the watch had not been set to current times and there were no definite instructions for setting it up , only generic ones. A bit more attention to details , would make it the perfect company.
What a bargain, saved over £100 on an Armani watch and it was delivered the next day in perfect packaging and condition. I dont know how they do it. No hassle, great website and great comms.
