Definitely NOT Italian and definitely NOT cooked!

This is just pasta and meat-served in different, bland ways. I used to really like this restaurant, but the service you get is horrid-only young kids work here and it seems like their work ethic is not the same as it was in the 80's when I was a kid working at restaurants. Furthermore, the last time I ate there, I got RAW chicken. Yes, ladies and gents-not just raw--it was still frozen in the middle. I took a bite and it seemed kind of odd--definitely not the consistency chicken should be. I cut another bite and noticed it was pink. So I cut into the exact middle of the piece of chicken and it was not just cool and red, it was HARD, as in frozen! The waitress just looked at me when I told her and walked away--I sat there a few minutes watching my husband not eating his food because he felt bad for me (his food consequently got cold) and finally a manager came over and said he was sorry and took the plate away. He offered to have them cook it some more and I said listen-I just ate and swallowed RAW chicken...I feel nauseous-please just forget it, I can't eat now. So he walked away and my husband and I were left sitting there, sort of dumbfounded! He took a few bites of his food and then asked for the check. The assholes had the nerve to charge him for his meal, charged ME for my soda and salad and only comped my meal off of the check!
This was the worst dining experience I ever had and I vowed never to eat there again and I have not. I did not get Salmonella-I am a nurse, though and yes, it did disturb me a great deal at the blase attitude displayed by people who clearly did not seem to know the danger of serving undercooked--or in my case, RAW meat to human beings. My cats might have loved that meal, but I was sick to my stomach and to this day, cannot enjoy chicken without cutting it into several small pieces to inspect it first. Gross. And for the record, everything needs revamping, folks. The salad-just iceberg and they count the black olives--each bowl gets 2, each bowl gets 2 tomato slices, 2 peppers, etc. The breadsticks are bland, the food is so-so. So many other restaurants can take Olive Garden to school-I'll patronize their establishments instead.
