Used them loads - always good
Used them loads, both for myself and as gifts for other people and I've never had any problems.
I've never tried to redeem the vouchers online though, I didn't even know you could until I read some of the reviews on here!

Very poor after ordering service. I unintentionally double ordered, immediately asking to cancel one of the orders.
I have been told recipiant (ie not me as a gift -?what do they think this website is for) has to return the token. They will not be able to, nor do I wish to put them in that position.
I will stick to Amazon in future. Their customer support is excellent.

Extremely happy with this service. My daughter is expecting her second child in January so I thought vouchers would make an excellent gift for her, she can choose where to shop and buy herself some lovely new clothes which will make her feel good with her new figure. I love these vouchers ,there are so many places to use them which is so much better than just buying vouchers from one shop .

Love these vouchers. Very useful when you dont know what to buy as can be used in many stores. Bought loads for Christmas 2011 :-)

Superb service, friendly staff
I'm secretary of a voluntary group in a country park, last Wednesday evening I discovered no one had ordered the vouchers we needed as prizes for our Duck Race to be held on August Bank Holiday Monday.
Ordering on-line was simple, delivery by Royal Mail was made on time and our prize winners are delighted.
Due to my son being over zealous with my e-mail settings, I did not receive the confirmation e-mail but the lady who answered my 'phone query was so polite and helpful that it was like talking to a friend.
I would recommend using Highstreetvouchers to other prize-giving groups.
