Great postage, great site layout, only issue is that the stock is a bit limited with respect to some releases that are available on Juno, RedEye, etc.

Only criticism: Genre organization could be better, having garage and dubstep in the same category is super-annoying. I don't really like 140 so it sucks having to wade through it all. I buy primarily 'Bass' music, so it's not really Dubstep, Garage OR House, yet it is distributed across the two categories. I know it is hard with the large amounts of fusion happening, but I think it needs to be addressed.

I get a lot of clothes from Chemical and i've never had a problem with their service. Whenever i've had any issues with the clothes i've been able to send them back for a prompt refund/exchange. Recently I bought a few items and chose the UK standard free-delivery option. Glad I went for this rather than paying as I received the items the following day anyway. I've sent them a few emails before with questions regarding certain items and the replies have always been prompt and helpful.

Chemical are great - great products clothing-wise, good service and emails when returning stuff or if you ever have a problem with something. A free returns service like Asos would mean I order more from them, and would probably get them a lot more trade in general.

Good service, quick delivery, better than Juno.
Ordered some records on Thursday night, arrived on Saturday morning with standard delivery. Never have a problem with cracked records, or torn sleeves, only problem is that some records come without inner sleeves, or occasionally outer sleeves. Would appreciate if chemical made sure every record had a generic inner and outer sleeve, might cost you 25p per record (I'm guessing) but it would definitely be appreciated.
