Where to begin...
1) Lack of communication. They dont answer emails or return phonecalls.
2) They short shipped my order. Still waiting for my dextrose which I ordered in December. They are not replying my emails or phonecalls.
I guess I lost the money.

An error occured on my order. No reply to my e-mail to get explanations. Worst customer service i've seen in a long time. BEWARE and spread the words. BuBye Bul....Nutrition.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a product over 2 weeks ago and haven't received it yet. Emailed them about a week in and was told it was ready to be sent out. Another week passed and still nothing. My account status shows that it's still processing with no tracking # available. I emailed them again but yet to get a response. I called and left a voice message (must be a very small company) and never got a return call. At this point, I just hope I get my money back if the product won't come. I will NEVER EVER do business with this crap of a company ever again.
